What is the Stadium Events Crew (SEC) Volunteer Program?

The Stadium Events Crew(SEC) Volunteer Program (formerly the LEVY Volunteer Program) gives parents, students, alumni, and supporters the opportunity to work professional sporting events, concerts, and other major events at Bank of America Stadium while raising money for the Indian Land Warrior Band Program.

Unlike traditional fundraisers, there is nothing to sell and nothing to buy. Simply volunteer your time, and every event helps reduce student expenses while providing essential funding for the band program.

Volunteers earn Band Points that are credited toward their student's band account. Those credits are funded first through the commission earned from each event.

 

After volunteer credits are paid, the Indian Land Warrior Band Program receives:

• 100% of all tips collected

• All remaining sales commission

These funds directly support instruments, uniforms, transportation, instructional staff, equipment, competitions, scholarships, and other opportunities that help our students grow as musicians and leaders.

Volunteer Commitment

When you sign up for a Stadium Events Crew (SEC) event, you are making a commitment to attend. Every volunteer position is essential to the success of the event and directly impacts the funding our band program receives.

​

• If you are unable to attend after signing up, you must receive prior approval from your assigned Team Lead.

 

• Volunteers who do not attend without prior approval may have up to 2 Band Points ($50) charged to their student's band account.

​

• Our organization is charged a $75 fee for every scheduled volunteer who does not report for an event, reducing the funds available to support our students.
